He then saw an opportunity to better support our Partners and the homeowners they serve by creating FGP Home Services. James’ passion is helping agents and small business owners learn to be successful long-term by working from a place of service for their clients. James is the proud father of two beautiful children.

Harry was a general contractor and small business owner in Sacramento, CA for twenty years. Over that time, he built a company with 23 employees and was ranked in the top 100 remodeling firms in the nation. He has a passion for the small business owner and assisting them to unleash their full potential.
Emiliano Martinez - Senior Lead Carpenter
Phoenix, AZ
Emiliano has worked in the construction industry for 8 years and specialized in home renovations and finish work. Over his years in construction, he has managed multiple subcontractors at a time and led crews of 5-10 employees for home remodeling and more.

Emiliano holds certifications in OSHA-10, Scaffolding Certification, Green Awareness Certification, Fall Protection Certification, MEWP Scissor/Boom Lift Certification. He and his fiancé are raising their daughter in Arizona where Emiliano is very excited and plans to use his knowledge and skill to build and improve the FGP Home Services Team.

James started in construction at an early age and found a passion for carpentry. He served 4 years in the Navy, drawn to the promise of Honor, Courage and Commitment.

He took those valuable lessons and has invested the last 30+ years pouring into residential and commercial remodeling. James lived and worked in Colorado, raising a family and honing his skills, then moved back to Texas when his father became sick in 2009. He owned and operated a home remodeling business for 11 years. James takes pride in his work and enjoys helping the community when he can. Most of all he enjoys his time with family.
JC Gifford - Senior Lead Carpenter
Denver, CO
JC is a carpenter by trade. He loves to fix and build things with his hands, and has been in construction most of his life, completing commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

You might recognize his handywork around Denver in the finish woodworking at the ” Old Spaghetti Factory”. four of the latest Cooling Towers at each power plant in Denver, the small version of ” Red Rocks Amphitheater ” that sits in front of the Pepsi Center, and much of the “Culver’s” on East Arapahoe Road.
He wouldn’t call himself a carpenter if he couldn’t build a house from the ground up. He is certified in Man lift, Scissor lift, Boom lift, Forklift, OSHA 10, Hilti Complete, Scaffolding building, Ram set authorized, and Supervisor certified.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar and singing classic rock songs for people that enjoy live music. He has had a band that plays locally for a few years now, and it’s a lot of fun.
Josh Fuller - Senior Lead Carpenter
Austin, TX
Josh is a general contractor who has worked in the Austin area for the last 24 years. He has specialized in home renovations, repairs and small projects. Over the years he has earned the title of master carpenter, journeyman scaffold builder, upholstery specialist and general knowledge in all fields of home improvement.

Mike Nutter - Senior Lead Carpenter
Charlotte, NC
Mike Nutter comes to FGP Home Services with over 40 years of experience in all aspects of remodeling and new construction. He has owned and operated a premier cabinet shop in Charlotte. The various aspects of that business were making furniture, cabinets, doors and millwork.

He has enjoyed helping people make their dream projects a reality. Mike lives in the country with his wife of 35 years and their dog, Honey. When he is not working, he enjoys playing with his grandchildren, and working in his home shop while remodeling the house he lives in.
