James’ passion is helping agents and small business owners learn to be successful long-term by working from a place of service for their clients. James is the proud father of two beautiful children.

With 8 years of experience in the construction industry, Emiliano specializes in home renovations and finish work. He has successfully managed multiple subcontractors and led crews of 5-10 employees for various remodeling projects.
Emiliano holds certifications in OSHA-10, Scaffolding, Green Awareness, Fall Protection, and MEWP Scissor/Boom Lift. He and his fiancé are raising their daughter in Arizona, where Emiliano is eager to apply his skills and knowledge to help FGP Home Services grow and thrive.

James began his construction career at an early age, discovering a passion for carpentry. After serving 4 years in the Navy, he applied the principles of Honor, Courage, and Commitment to his work in residential and commercial remodeling.
With over 30 years of experience, James lived and worked in Colorado, honing his skills before returning to Texas in 2009 to care for his father. He owned and operated a home remodeling business for 11 years and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship. Outside of work, James enjoys giving back to his community and cherishing time with his family.

As the former owner of a premier cabinet shop in Charlotte, he specialized in furniture, cabinetry, doors, and millwork, helping clients bring their dream projects to life.
Mike enjoys life in the country with his wife of 35 years and their dog, Honey. In his free time, he loves playing with his grandchildren, working in his home shop, and remodeling his own house.

From lead remodel carpenter to trim specialist, he has excelled in both residential and commercial projects. John MacLeod - Senior Lead Carpenter

He started at 18, gained hands-on experience, and earned his B General Contractor’s License at 25. Shortly after, he founded Macleod Construction, specializing in high-end remodels and custom room additions.
